Tawlat is a platform bridging consumers and restaurants, where diners earn rewards for their dining habits and restaurants get a tool for managing reservations and customer loyalty.
The Challenge
The platform needed to handle high volumes of concurrent users without latency, with instant updates for reservations and reward points.
It also needed a mobile interface good enough to make the loyalty mechanic engaging, and a backend dashboard restaurants could actually run their tables from.
